Hayley Bowers
Hayley is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist and Accredited EMDR Practitioner with a focused interest in EMDR therapy and trauma recovery. She brings an integrative, whole-person lens to her work and a strong commitment to lifelong learning.
Outside of work, Hayley loves to spend time at the beach, cuddling her dog, reading a book, listening to podcasts and spending time with her partner and family.
Zoe West
Zoe is a multi-skilled Business Associate specifically providing Administrative and Therapy Assistant support to HealthspotOT. Zoe has over 15 years experience and covers a range of tasks and support across several businesses and companies to help ensure efficient processes and keeping things as tidy and stress free as possible!
Zoe has a work background that specialises in functions and events, administration, bookkeeping, management, media (such as radio and Television) as well as providing dental care and even hospitality (we did say multi-skilled!)
When work is finished for the day, Zoe is spending fun, quality time with her family outdoors or cooking simple, old fashioned meals and baked goods. She has a creative background in music and art, so is often heard playing the piano or guitar if not drawing and painting.
